Terms of Service for GoSat Wallet

By using GoSat Wallet Extension (the “Extension”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Extension.
2. Use of the Extension
a. Non-Custodial Wallet: The Extension provides a non-custodial wallet interface for interacting with the Bitcoin network. It does not store or have access to your private keys, wallet seeds, or any personal information.
b. No Registration Required: You are not required to register or provide personal information to use the Extension.
c. Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the security and management of your private keys and wallet seeds. We do not have access to or store this information.
3. User Conduct
a. Compliance: You agree to use the Extension in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
b. Prohibited Activities: You may not use the Extension for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes. This includes but is not limited to engaging in any form of hacking, phishing, or other malicious activities.
4. Third-Party Services
The Extension may provide links or access to third-party services or websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of these third-party services. Your interactions with these services are at your own risk.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
a. No Warranty: The Extension is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, whether express or implied. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Extension or its fitness for any particular purpose.
b. Use at Your Own Risk: Your use of the Extension is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any loss or damage, including but not limited to financial loss, resulting from the use of the Extension.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Extension.
